Holy Basil sitting on a kitchen counter.

Tulsi, our Favorite Flavorful and Flexible Herb

Our alcohol-free Tulsi drops provide a tasty way to promote resilience to stress and life’s inevitable changes. On their own, they provide a great, on-the-go solution to ‘what’s a reliable, easy way to support my everyday health?’ These drops can also be a wonderful addition to some delicious, healthy beverages you and yours can enjoy throughout the year.

Tulsi pairs well with minty, lemony, spicy and floral tastes: take it in any direction you like. You can add our drops to tea, smoothies, or make them a key player in plant-forward (and seriously next-level) mocktails. Herbally infused beverages offer a range of tastes that will make the ‘same old, same old’ drinks seem pretty boring: the possibilities are endless! Here’s a refreshing mocktail that’s perfect for warmer weather.

Two Basils, A Berry and A Rose

This is a simple-to-make drink, with the spiciness of the tulsi playing off the green of culinary basil, the bite of the lime juice, the sweetness of the berries, and subtle floral of the rose.

  • 1 sprig of fresh basil (approx. 2 tbl.), stem removed
  • 1 tbsp organic (or unsprayed) rose petals
  • ¼ c. blackberries or raspberries
  • 1 dropperful Tulsi drops
  • ½ c. lime juice
  • sparkling water

In a sturdy glass or jar, combine the basil, rose petals, and berries. Muddle (mash lightly) the blend until the basil and roses are bruised, and the berries half mashed. Squirt in the Tulsi drops, add the lime juice, and stir well. Transfer the delicious mess into an ice-filled glass, top with sparkling water, and enjoy!
