The Right Smoothie Recipe To Get You Moving Again

- Pineapple
- Organic pineapple juice
- Papaya
- Turmeric
- Ginger Root
- CoCurQ
- One lemon
- Mint leaves
- Mixed greens



1 teaspoon of CoCurQ™
1 small ginger root
1 handful of fresh pineapple
1 handful of fresh papaya
1-2 cups of organic pineapple juice
1 handful of mixed greens
1 handful of mint leaves
1/2 squeezed lemon
1 small turmeric root


After ingredients are added to the blender, run the blender for 1-2 minutes to make sure all components are fully mixed.  Once blended, simply pour into a glass and enjoy.
