Recipe: Cumin Rice


  • 1 cup of basmati rice
  • 1 TS of olive oil or ghee
  • 1/2 ts of cumin
  • one cinnamon stick
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 3-4 cardamoms
  • 2 cups of water

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 3-4

Soak The Rice In Water, Put The Oil In The Pan And Let It Be Hot. Now Add Cumin, Cinnamon Tick, Cloves And Cardamom.  Let An Aroma Build, And Then Add Rice And Water. Cook Until Rice Is Soft.
