Recipe: Chickpea

Ingredients: 

  • Black garbanzo beans, 2 Cup
  • Ginger, 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin, 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds ground, 1 teaspoon                              
  • Mango powder, 1-2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil, 1 Tablespoon
  • Garam Masala, 1 teaspoon


Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serving: 4-6
Vegetarian


Soak the beans overnight. Cook with salt and enough water to cover. Do not overcook. Drain all the water. Warm the oil in a pan and add ginger, cumin, pepper, coriander and garam masala and garbanzo beans, stir 10-15 minutes. Add mango powder and serve.
