Recipe: Cauliflower


  • Cauliflower 1 head cut into pieces
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 TS of ginger
  • 2 Cloves of garlic cut into pieces
  • 1 ts of coriander
  • ½ ts of turmeric
  • 1 TS of ghee or olive oil
  • ½ ts of salt
  • ½ ts of black pepper
  • 1 ts of cumin
  • Bunch of coriander leaves chopped

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 4

Wash the cut cauliflower in small pieces and drain. In a pan add ghee or olive oil, chopped onion, ginger and cut cloves of garlic. Add cauliflower, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cauliflower is tender. Garnish with coriander leaves.
